Drawing and lithographic printmaking were my essential means of making art for many years. I often drew at a very large scale, sometimes continually from one end of a tall roll of drawing paper to the other, as a scroll.
After a very long hiatus in which I worked in photography and mixed media collage and assemblage, I began to draw again during the COVID pandemic and am actively incorporating more "straight" drawing into what I am doing these days.
